Dr. Lindsay Rosenwald has been serving biotechnology industry for 20 years with his enormous contributions. He has been serving as the director of Neose Technologies, Inc., Interneuron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Keryx, Inc. He is also a member of Columbia-Presbyterian Health Sciences Advisory Counsel. With wide range of experience in both the finance and biotechnology field, he is named as the most prolific leader in the contemporary biotechnology industry.
His company, Cougar Biotechnology has been sold out to Johnson and Johnson for incredible amount of approximately one billon dollars recently. Dr. Rosenwald is well known for getting fast approvals form the FDA to market the drugs developed by the paramount group companies. Dr. Lindsay Rosenwald has completed his finance and Bachelor of Science form Pennsylvania University in 1977. Later on, he moved to Templeton University to complete his medical degree and of course he received his medical degree in 1983. With the two years of internship experience, he started his own medical practice and ran it for two years. He moved to New York to concentrate on research and development in the biotechnology field in late 1980s.
